1. About the customer's demand information: In order to facilitate us to make samples and accurately quote, the more detailed the product information provided by the customer, the better. Generally, the information should include: product size drawing, design drawing, bill of materials (BOM), process flow, test indicators, order quantity, etc. It is best to provide samples. 2. About price estimation: Since the raw materials used by our company are all selected from first-class brands, and the production process is also carried out according to the standards of first-class products, our quotation will definitely not be the lowest price in the market, but belong to the upper-middle level. What we pursue is high quality, reasonable price and high cost performance. All along, our company insists on providing products and services only for customers who pursue quality, insists on not cutting costs at the expense of product quality, and insists on not attracting customers with low prices. Customers who pursue the lowest price in the market may not be suitable for choosing our company's products.
3. About customer confirmation of price: After the price estimation is completed, our company will send a quotation to the customer in writing for confirmation.
4. About proofing: If the customer approves our company's quotation, we will provide samples to the customer as soon as possible. For relatively simple products such as inductors, our company provides samples free of charge. For more complex transformer products, our company will charge a certain amount of proofing fees, which are charged at 200 yuan per item. If there are subsequent orders, the proofing fee can be used to offset the payment, and the samples are still free. If there are quality problems with the samples provided by our company and the performance indicators do not meet the customer's requirements, the customer can choose to return the samples to our company, and our company will fully refund the proofing fees previously charged; the customer can also ask our company to re-proof for free until the sample meets the customer's requirements.
5. About sample confirmation: After the sample is confirmed to be ok, the customer please send back the "Sample Test Report" and "Sample Confirmation Form" to our company for subsequent cooperation.
6. About the purchase contract: The purchase contract is in duplicate and will take effect after both parties sign and seal it.
7. About the deposit: After signing the contract, the customer prepays the deposit of the amount agreed in the contract to our company's account.
8. About order production: After receiving the deposit, our company will arrange production as soon as possible. The product delivery cycle is determined by factors such as the raw material purchase cycle, the complexity of the production process and the size of the order, which is negotiated by both parties and can be agreed in the contract.
9. About delivery: After production is completed, our company will ship to the customer's designated location. The logistics method and freight will be borne by both parties and can be specified in the contract.
10. About customer acceptance: After receiving the goods from our company, the customer will inspect the quantity and quality of the products, and fill in the "Goods Acceptance Form" and return it to our company after acceptance. If there is a problem with the goods, our company will take positive and effective measures to solve the problem until the customer is satisfied.
11. About payment of the balance: After the customer confirms that the delivered product is correct, the balance of the contract will be paid within the agreed period of the contract, and this order will be terminated.
12. About after-sales service: After the order is completed, the customer can contact our company for any problems related to product quality during the use of the product. Our company will actively cooperate with customers to solve problems.
